Aegean has resumed flights to many of its destinations, with flights departing from and arriving to Athens and Thessaloniki airports only.

  • Rebooking GoLight tickets
    • Tickets booked before May 15th, that weren’t rebooked between May 15th and June 15th, can be rebooked once through the call center
    • Tickets booked before May 15th, that were rebooked between May 15th and June 15th, can be rebooked multiple times with no fees, online.
    • Tickets booked after June 15th are subject to the regular terms and conditions
  • Flex or Business tickets booked can be changed multiple times with no rebooking fees and can be performed online

Cancellation and refund policy
  • Bookings made between May 1st, 2020 and July 31st 2020, for flights until July 31st, 2020, can apply for:
    • One change without a fee, for travel within a year of the original flight
    • A voucher valid for one year from issue date
  • Refunds are only possible if the fare rules allow it
  • Bookings made by April  30th, 2020 on international markets (except Brazil), for flights fro March 11th to September 30th, 2020, are also eligible for the above.
  • Flights cancelled by the airline, to be flown between March 11th and September 20th, 2020, are eligible for:
    • A change without fare repricing for travel within 7 days before or after the original flight
    • A change with possible repricing, for flight within a year of the original flight
    • A voucher valid for one year from the original flight, with increased value of 15 or 60 Euro, depending on the destination. This must be claimed before December 21st, 2020.
    • In some cases, a refund will be possible.

British Airways is resuming domestic flights and international flights to many destinations, in reduced capacity.
