Ukraine is once again open for foreign travel, while domestic restrictions are dynamically changing.

Can I travel to Ukraine?

Ukraine has re-opened its borders and international travel is allowed.

Do I need to go into quarantine when arriving to Ukraine?

  • Anyone entering Ukraine from high-risk countries will be required to undergo 14 days supervised quarantine. A list of high-risk countries can be found here.
  • It is possible to take a PCR test in Ukraine, and if it is negative, quarantine will not be needed.

Are COVID-19 tests required to travel to Ukraine?

  • Anyone arriving to Ukraine from a Red Zone country will be required to present a negative PCR test, no older than 48 hours, or take one upon arrival.
  • Arrivals from Red Zones will be required to present health insurance covering COVID-19.

Is public transportation open in Ukraine?

  • Public transportation in Green, Yellow and Orange zones in Ukraine is operating.
  • Public Transportation in Red zones is suspended.

Are the restaurants and bars open in Ukraine?

  • Restaurants and cafes in Green, Yellow and Orange zones are open, under social distancing requirements.
  • Restaurants and cafes in Red zones are closed.

Are businesses and attractions open in Ukraine?

  • Non-essential businesses and attractions in Green and Yellow are open, under social distancing regulations.
  • In Orange zones, gyms, fitness centers, swimming pools and cultural establishments are closed, other non-essential businesses are open.
  • In Red zones, only essential businesses are allowed to open.
  • A nationwide curfew is in place on weekends, from midnight on Saturdays to midnight on Mondays.
