It is possible to take a PCR test in Ukraine, and if it is negative, quarantine will not be needed.
Are COVID-19 tests required to travel to Ukraine?
Anyone arriving to Ukraine from a Red Zone country will be required to present a negative PCR test, no older than 48 hours, or take one upon arrival.
Arrivals from Red Zones will be required to present health insurance covering COVID-19.
