Ukraine is once again open for foreign travel, while domestic restrictions are dynamically changing.

Can I travel to Ukraine?

Ukraine has re-opened its borders and international travel is allowed.

Unvaccinated arrivals must download a location tracking app - "Vdoma". Passengers in transit for less than 48 hours are not required to download the app.

Do I need to go into quarantine when arriving to Ukraine?

Unvaccinated arrivals to Ukraine are required to self-quarantine for 10 days. This may be ended early if testing negative.

All arrivals from India and Russia must self-quarantine for 14 days, if not vaccinated.

Passengers in transit for less than 48 hours are not required to quarantine.

Are COVID-19 tests required to travel to Ukraine?

  • All arrivals to Ukraine must present a negative PCR or antigen test, no older than 72 hours. Vaccinated arrivals are exempt.
  • Arrivals from India, Portugal, Russia, and UK will be tested again upon arrival.
  • Arrivals will be required to present health insurance covering COVID-19.
