It is possible to travel to Denmark for leisure from all countries with different testing and quarantine requirements.

Do I need to go into quarantine when arriving to Denmark?

  • Non-vaccinated travelers entering Denmark from outside of the EU an certain third countries, are required to self-quarantine for 10 days.
  • Those who have recovered from COVID-19, are exempt from quarantine.
  • Vaccinated travelers who have been vaccinated in EU, Schengen, OECD member countries or Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and Uruguay, are exempt from quarantine as well. Other vaccinated travelers are required to quarantine.

Are COVID-19 tests required to travel to Denmark?

  • Non-vaccinated arrivals to Denmark from EU/Schengen member countries must present a negative PCR test, taken no more than 72 hours before entry or take a test within 24 hours of arrival.
  • Non-vaccinated arrivals from other countries must take a test within 24 hours of arrival.

  • Vaccinated travelers who have been vaccinated in EU, Schengen, OECD member countries or Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and Uruguay, are exempt from testing as well. Other vaccinated travelers are required to get tested within 24 hours of arrival.
